I was kind of expecting an apology after the earlier hassle, but I’ll give credit where it’s due: it’s been working every time I’ve used it. No problems so far, and it’s been reliable for me.

I’ve used it a bit in lower light and, to be fair, the shots came out good. They’re not perfect, but for the conditions, I think it does a decent job.

I picked up the Pluto Trigger mostly because I wanted something I could just connect to my phone without turning it into a whole project. I’ve had a few gadgets in the past that made Bluetooth feel way harder than it needed to be, so I was ready for the usual pairing struggle. But this one surprised me. I opened the app, turned it on, and it paired quickly without any fuss.
I’ve used it a handful of times now, both around the house and outside, and the connection has stayed steady each time. The app finds it right away, and I haven’t had it randomly drop out on me. It’s been one of those little purchases that just does what I hoped it would, which is all I wanted.

Tried it with my Canon R6 and it worked on the first try. that’s all I was hoping for. It did what it was supposed to do, and I think it’s only fair to give credit when something works without any hassle

I’ve been using mine for a few months now and it’s still working without any issues. If this one is any indication, these seem to hold up better than I expected.

I use plutotrigger.com mostly on my phone, and overall it’s been easy to move around in the app. Pages load, uh, quick enough for me, and I didn’t really have any trouble finding the main things I needed. The layout is simple, which I actually like.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because a few buttons feel a little too small, and it lagged once or twice when I was switching screens. Nothing major, but it could be a bit smoother.

I’ve updated my Pluto Trigger a few times now, and... the firmware has been really solid. I haven’t had any freezes or random resets, even during longer shoots. Setup was straightforward too. It’s just nice when gear works the way it should and I don’t have to overthink it

My order showed up exactly as I picked it, and I mean exactly. Nothing was missing, nothing was swapped out, and there wasn’t a single wrong item in the bag. I’m totally sure they got every detail right. Happy with it.

getting it set up wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t exactly effortless either. the instructions could’ve been a bit clearer in a few spots

Shipping took way longer than they originally said it would. i wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve known what to expect. Definitely regretting not checking before ordering

Works well overall. It triggers just fine, but I did have to make a few small tweaks to cut down on the false shots. Nothing major.

I’ve been using my Pluto Trigger for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say the battery life has been really impressive. I took it out for a full day of shooting and it still had plenty left by the time I got home, so I wasn’t constantly stressing about charging it. So far I’m really happy with it. if Pluto wants to throw in a discount or little thank-you for sharing the good word, I wouldn’t complain

After a few months, I ran into a small issue with the trigger and reached out to plutotrigger.com about the warranty. To be fair, they did take care of it without making the process difficult. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I also get that these things aren’t always instant. Overall, I felt like they handled it reasonably.

It’s got a lot of features, so I assumed it would take a bit to figure out, and that was pretty much the case. Took me a few tries, but once I started noticing how things were laid out, it felt flexible so far.

I had a small issue getting things set up and I was kind of worried I was going to get brushed off or end up feeling like I’d been fooled. I messaged support not expecting much, but they replied quickly and walked me through everything in simple steps. I even messed up one part and they were still patient with me lol. It’s all working fine now, and the whole thing ended up being way less stressful than I thought it would be

It feels really well built, which gives me confidence it’ll hold up with regular use. Nice to have something that seems durable and practical instead of flimsy.
